In this group class, we will create an abstract art painting that is connected to your own unique energy and intuition. By use of guided imagery, we can tap into the store-house of creativity within all of us. We start each class with gentle movement for relaxation, then move into a quiet, guided meditation. From there we create, on canvas, what your intuition moves you to paint with ease and freedom. Color Palette, Form, Structure and various art modalities will be discussed in this 2 hour class to help guide each student in their abstract process.
Minimum group of 6 people. 2 hour class. Your space, Your time.
Supplies Provided: Acrylic Paint, Brush Usage, Plate Palette, Water Cup, 12 x 16” Canvas.
